Not the right fit? It happens. Below is how returns and exchanges work at Glory in LA.

Request a Return

Start by requesting authorization before shipping anything back.
To begin, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange: info@gloryinla.com.

After approval, you’ll receive the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not ship returns to any address shown on a shipping label or waybill.

Return Window and Item Condition

    •    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
    •    Please package your return securely and include any packing slip or return form if available.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
    •    If an item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    •    If you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, store credit, or a combination).
    •    You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
    •    Refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank. PayPal refunds may appear faster.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Rules

    •    Items returned with stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear may be refused.
    •    Orders of 10 or more units of the same item are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
    •    Price adjustments are not available for discounted purchases.
    •    Underwear is not returnable.
    •    Swimwear is only returnable if the hygiene liner is intact.
    •    Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only (no refunds), including when a coupon code was used.
    •    Orders placed with a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.
    •    Order cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of purchase.

Store Credit

Store credit can be used only on our online store and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
You’ll return the original item first, then we’ll process the exchange. Discounts from the original order do not transfer to exchanged items. Additional charges may apply if the new item costs more.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
