Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, with standard and express options available in many countries.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat standard shipping rate of $5.95.

My package is missing. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

First, check spam or promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will confirm your order details.

Why was my order canceled?

Cancellations can happen due to inventory, payment, or verification issues. If an order is canceled, you will receive an email with the reason and refund details.

Where is my order?

After placing an order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive tracking by email.
